About the Position:

As a Virtual Dental Assistant, you will collaborate closely with onsite dental administrative staff to manage patient scheduling, confirm appointments, liaise with insurance providers, and ensure an excellent patient experience. Reporting to the office manager, you will work alongside a dedicated team of remote and onsite medical administrative professionals. This role focuses on multiple specialties and is based all over the US.

We are particularly interested in candidates who possess near-native fluency in both English and Spanish, as many of our patients primarily speak Spanish.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Pre-screen calls (triage) and direct patients accordingly
• Contact insurance companies to verify benefits and eligibility
• Facilitate communication between insurance providers and other healthcare entities
• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
• Support the billing team and medical staff as required
