We are seeking motivated individuals to participate in our comprehensive training program designed to develop the essential skills needed for a successful career as a Medical Virtual Assistant. The training will cover a variety of key areas that are critical for supporting healthcare professionals and enhancing patient care.

Training topics:

- Patient Care Coordination: Assist in managing patient appointments, follow-up communications, and overall coordination of care.

- Medical Virtual Receptionist: Handle incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service.

- Medical Live Scribing: Accurately document patient encounters in real-time during telehealth sessions.

- Insurance Verification: Perform essential tasks to verify patient insurance information and ensure accurate billing processes.

- Client Interviews: Conduct and document patient interviews to gather relevant medical information.

Training Details:

- Start Date: First week of each month

- Duration: 3 weeks of training, Monday through Friday

- Time: 8 AM - 12 PM (MST)

- Format: A blend of synchronous (live) and asynchronous (self-paced) learning
